Because Blazes are staff and staff see all.

Mobs can always see you invisible, like for example in blockhunt the chickens always look at the hiders/blocks as they can see you.

.... so chickens and blazes are using a hack, someone report these mobs XD lol. I think the only mobs that are supposed to be able to see invis is guardian(which doesn't attack but still follows your movement)

Just try in on a single plsyer world, make yourself invisible and spawn some mobs.

Tested this, some mobs (zombie,ghast) ignore invis pots altogether, the rest of hostile and neutral mobs do as long as you don't agro them it still works. (a simple touch make invis pots not work)
