There should be a way where you can talk to a group of people. Being in a global can be annoying (in my opinion) because how people can read your text.
    1. You should add where people want to go in global mode or not even be in global mode.
    2. Add some type of group chat:
    - /chat group (talk in the group chat)
    - /chat add (adds a player to the group)
    - /chat list (to see who's in the group chat
    - /chat remove (removes a player from the group)
    3. Add friend commands:
    - /friend add
    - /friend list (to see who's on and who's not)
    - /friend remove (removes a player from the group)
    4. Chat colour in private chat.
    5. Remove join messages.

I guess that's all in my suggestion. If anything else to add, just leave these type of suggestions down below
    :P

/friend party or just /party. Invites players to a party where you can chat in just party chat. ex. /pchat hi
/chat Party (sets chat to party chat, can be set back by using /chat public or /chat all.

Party chat is already implemented in facs, and if you want to chat privately, you can always /msg. Liz is only testing the global chat system so it presumably wouldn't be on for long.
