    I have noticed that when i enter into some peoples plots into creative, they have their own custom description of there plot. How do I do that?

    for a list of flags, do /p flag list
    pretty sure you're talking about the greeting/farewell flags, as players have no access to the description flag...
    Greeting flag: /p flag set greeting <welcome message>
    Farewell flag: /p flag set farewell <leave message>

    You may also use the minecraft color codes in adding greetings/farewells ^_^

    Also, It alerts you when people enter/leave on your plot, Do /p flag set notify-leave true
    /p flag set notify-enter true

    I guess it's that, I mean i hope it's true xD
