At 4 and 5 stars large armored vehicles form a road block. Those are police riots

Perhaps you'd be interested to know I bought the game for PC just so I could install the mod LSPDFR which basically makes you a Los Santos Police Officer.

I can't kill the police, only with cheats. xD
