Mineshafter Not Working

You can also try using another cracked launcher. When i was cracked, i could never figure out how to work mineshafter so i used another cracked launcher. Unfortunately, the people who created the launcher that I used also have a server under the same name so i can't link or give you the name of the launcher.

I blame Microsoft buying Mojang

 

I think Mojang found mineshafter and may have forced it to close..

 

1.Still works for me.
2.They are still active but they don't post
3. There are still 1.9 snapshots coming onto the launcher

 

This should solve the problems people have been having with the launcher as of 2/4/2016-ish. I haven't set the update as required yet but you can download it. If you get a launcher that's about 300kb that's the wrong one. You want the one that's about 90kb. ~Mineshafter

 

I think Mineshafter is updating, it happened a year ago too. The complete unresponsive white screen is normal and it should return shortly(about 1 week-1 month). Thanks to 1.9 coming out the launcher, the game downloads, and a few other features are going to be rewritten for 1.9 to be able to be played without many glitches or bugs. There is a new launcher like superman_super_s said it came out a couple days ago for the launcher(later it will probably have to update again)

Also Minecraft already knows about mineshafter, while it is technically illegal it is a LOT less illegal then some other things.(its pretty much a demo of minecraft but for an extended period of time, and to be honest a lot safer then regular minecraft)

 

Download the launcher again. The developers have fixed it. Hope this solves your problem.

It is mostly legal cause they have gave players who use cracked some disadvantages e.g they can't join premium servers
